Shipping Policy

Shipping charges

Shipping charges in connection with the merchandise returned are non-refundable.

You are responsible for the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from our warehouse.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance and contact the shipping company and submit  a claim directly with them.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.

SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the terms and conditions for our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are ship Monday to Friday but not shipped on holidays.

During high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Please note that calculated shipping rates at check out are for Continental U.S. addresses.

 

For non continental U.S addresses , we will contact you with shipping quotes.  

 

Shipment Method - Estimated Delivery Time.      Shipment Cost

 

Standard Ground Shipping - 1-5 business days.  Calculated at checkout

 

Overnight Delivery, Express Delivery option  Contact us for quote

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Smartcode USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Smartcode USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment company and file a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international ship outside the U.S and will send you quote for international shipping separately within 48 hours of RFQ.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

​

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, here how to proceed. Contact us via:

We will send you a RMA number and a form for your returns , exchanges or refunds including RMA address for the return.

 

Printers and parts are available for returns and refunds or exchange. They must be returned on original packages

 

Inks and ink cartridges , we can not refund or exchange containers that have been previously opened or used. 

​

The products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase

 

A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for

a refund. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

​

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 20 days

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number from us

  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

  • Please contact us for return address if not provided on RMA form
